For more insight into this performance, don't miss Director Elizalde's preconcert discussion with Matthew Zalkind on Wednesday, August 19 at 7pm Pacific – also viewable from the OMF YouTube channel and website. Matthew and Julio discuss the cello in chamber music – particularly after Beethoven's influence. They will also answer questions submitted by audience members about their upcoming recital of music by Beethoven and Chopin, and about other topics, too!
