A master of musical genres ranging from gospel music to jazz to classical and beyond, Damien Sneed also wears an impressive number of hats as an artist – as pianist, organist, vocalist, conductor, composer, producer, arranger, and music educator – with past collaborators including the likes of Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Wynton Marsalis, the Clark Sisters, and Richard Smallwood. In this Home Delivery Plus performance, to be recorded at D.C.’s historic Lincoln Theatre, he focuses on the gospel music side of his sound, leading a virtuosic ensemble of instrumentalists and singers.
