Mad Myth Science is a creative collective with Molly Jones, Julian Otis, Wilson Tanner Smith, and Ben Zucker, whose collective experience touches all corners of Chicago’s experimental music and performance scenes. Formed in early 2020, the group developed its voice in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, working together in live and virtual settings to develop spontaneous compositions and rituals for an increasingly unstable world. Instruments, electronics, objects, language, and movement all play a part in their multifaceted, evolving performances.
The livestream will take place at 5pm Central / 3pm Pacific.
To attend in person: Tickets are required for in-person attendance, up to a maximum of 25 people. No cost to attend; register here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/impromptu-fest-2021-tickets-157814458293
