Who determines who is "in", who is "out" and who is "other"? What are the boundaries for inclusion and the terms to power? Who sets these boundaries and on whose terms?

"On the Cusp" interrogates these and other boundaries. Seminal works of the past century – Samuel Beckett’s Cascando, Sam Shepard’s Tongues, Tristan Tzara’s The Gas Heart – and the premiere of Enama’s Playing God based on poetry by Gwendolyn Brooks, are performed by artists with and without disabilities. Poised between theatre, music, and movement; between story, song, and act; between mundane, alien, and ecstatic – these works open onto worlds of difference.

A ladder beckons … a narrative fractures … a voice is silenced …

The livestream will take place at 8pm Central / 6pm Pacific.
