"This masterclass will be presented by two champions of diverse repertoire: Dr. Artina McCain and Dr. Gwendolyn Alfred.
"Dr. McCain will feature pieces from her latest publication, 24 Traditional African American Folk Songs published by Hal Leonard, and Dr. Alfred will present excerpts from her latest publication, A Brief Overview of Selected Art Songs by Black Female Composers for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Students published in the NATS Journal of Singing.
"These accomplished artists will round out the program with a performance that showcases the beautiful song, Love Let the Wind Cry, a collaboration from their latest Black Female Composers Tour.
