The world-renowned Tallis Scholars return to the Pacific Northwest. The Seattle (3 May 2022) program features the stunningly beautiful Requiem by Tomás Luis de Victoria, and the Portland program (4 May 2022) features Antoine Brumel’s monumental 12-voice “Earthquake Mass” Et ecce terræ motus (“And the earth moved”) with a premiere of David Lang’s new work sun- centered, a reflection on doubt and belief in an age of scientific discovery, inspired by the history surrounding Galileo and his earth-shattering observations.

The concert will take place at 7:30pm.
