A future event after March 12, 2023 when the time change happens
PRIMARY BUG:
I set this performance to run from 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm Pacific Time at Benaroya Hall.
When I save draft, the time appears in the event editing form as 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm (PST)
When I submit, the time appears in the event editing form as 11:30 am – 12:00 pm (PST) – (2 hours!)
When I then save and refresh, the time appears in the event editing form as 10:30 am – 11:00 am (PST)
When I save and refresh again, the time appears in the event editing form as 9:30 am – 10:00 am (PST)
When I save and refresh again, the time appears in the event editing form as 8:30 am – 9:00 am (PST)
When I save and refresh again, the time appears in the event editing form as 7:30 am – 8:00 am (PST)
When I publish and refresh, the time appears in the event editing form as 6:30 am – 7:00 am (PST)
This continues as long as I keep saving/updating and refreshing.
SECONDARY BUG:
When the editing form shows the event taking place at 5:30am – 6:00am (PDT), the public site shows the event taking place 4:30 am – 5:00 am (PST). I think this is technically correct, because we're rendering the event time in the user's current time zone. But it looks wonky. Should be rendered in the user's time zone as it would be on the date of the event.
