Handel's 'Messiah': A sing-along evening with the Garfield Orchestra

Singers, music lovers, and holiday revelers are invited to join the Garfield Symphony Orchestra in a performance of Georg Handel’s beloved Messiah. Anyone from operatic divas to in-the-shower singers are invited, as is anyone who simply wants to listen, says conductor Marcus Tsutakawa.
Singers are welcome to bring their own scores; rental copies will be available for $5. Desserts and beverages will be available for purchase as well.
With its neogothic spires and sanctuary, Seattle First Baptist Church is one of the city’s architectural gems, and is a perfect venue for the baroque oratorio. The church has a pay lot for parking, and there's plenty of nearby street parking as well.
