Students and their chaperones are invited to experience the magic of the opera from behind the scenes! Witness the final stages of preparation before an opera is ready for the public. Experience a full-length opera with a unique perspective of behind-the-scenes rehearsing. Seats in McCaw Hall offer views of the stage as well as the production, tech, music, and orchestra departments at work.
Before attending a dress rehearsal, learn everything there is to know about the evening's opera! Unlock the secrets behind the music and history and learn about the inner workings of a dress rehearsal. The event is open to Experience Opera dress rehearsal ticket holders. Discussions take place pre-dress rehearsal in the Nesholm Family Lecture Hall at 6pm.
