The Merriman Family Young Composers Workshop Concert

Come and enjoy this concert of world premieres by 10 teen composers! Each year, a cohort of 10 musicians is selected to participate in this 12-week program which allows students to work on all aspects of composing, including writing themes, learning orchestration and preparing a final score with parts. The program culminates in a world-premiere chamber concert at Benaroya Hall featuring new works by these young composers.
