Chanticleer: Washing of the Water

“The world’s reigning male chorus” (The New Yorker) opens Early Music Guild’s 40th season with a program that explores the power of water to redeem, restore, and refresh the human soul. With works from Renaissance master Thomas Morley, to contemporary Paul Simon, and mighty African-American spirituals, Chanticleer offers an evening of hope through compelling a cappella.
