Folio has acquired a splendid Baldwin small grand piano, a gift from Eugene and Marilyn Webb. To welcome the piano to its new home in Folio’s Main Reading Room and to thank and honor the donors, the noted Seattle pianist Judith Cohen will perform a program of "Musical Miniatures: piano jewels from the last three centuries,” featuring music of Scarlatti, Beethoven, Debussy, Prokofiev, Copland, and others. A reception will follow, where you can meet Ms. Cohen, her husband Steve Brady (who has been a technician for this piano for many years), and the Webbs.
