Duel in Dresden features the rivalry between early 18th century violinists Italian Veracini and German Pisendel of the Dresden Court Orchestra, as well as music by Bach and Telemann. Performers are the excellent Pacific MusicWorks: harpsichordist Henry Lebedinsky, Tekla Cunningham (baroque violin), and Nathan Whittaker (baroque cello).
