Scores of Sound is a biannual festival held by the students and faculty of the Cornish College of the Arts Music Department to showcase the semester’s best work and foster a community between the department’s vast and varied musical endeavors.
Scores of Sound includes performances from many ensembles and genres, including jazz, classical, new music, African Drummings, and Gamelan. This year, we are pleased to be working with Artists-in-Residence Quince Ensemble, who will be presenting three noontime workshops, an evening showcase of student compositions, and an event through Cornish Presents on Saturday, December 9.
