Hannah Kendall – Vera
Hannah Kendall – Network Bed

Join London-born composer Hannah Kendall for an evening of conversation and chamber music following the US premiere of her intricate and beautifully crafted orchestral work, The Spark Catchers. Kendall frequently draws inspiration from other art forms, including a 2017 installation by sculptor Katriona Beales entitled Network Bed. Kendall’s restless, luminescent music explores themes of insomnia and the need to stay plugged in.

Performed by Seattle Symphony musicians.
