The West Seattle Community Orchestra's Symphony Orchestra is pleased to present this performance featuring works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Gioachino Rossini. Beethoven’s 2nd Symphony has a humorous and happy air, and will be paired with Rossini's bel canto arias and the Overture to La gazza ladra. Irresistible melodies abound in this program that blurs the line between classical and popular music.
