UW School of Music: 'The Innocents' w/ John Lane & Allen Otte

Speaking percussionists Allen Otte and John Lane lead a lecture-performance and discussion related to their performance art piece The Innocents – a musical response to the well-known Innocents Project, which works to exonerate wrongly convicted individuals and advocates for reforms to the criminal justice system.

This event, which presents excerpts from the project performed by the artists along with the UW Percussion Ensemble, is presented by the University of Washington School of Music in collaboration with the University of Washington Department of Law, Societies and Justice.
