8am Pacific (5pm CEST)
AySay

AySay is a project that has its roots in lead singer Luna Ersahin.

Coming from a multicultural family, she brings Middle Eastern traditional music into the Western world. With both classical Middle Eastern instruments (such as the darbuka and baglama) mixed with electronic samples and instruments, the music becomes an embodiment of the modern world and Luna herself.
With lyrics in both Turkish, Danish, and English, the songs have a tendency to seem both very close and far away.

10am Pacific (7pm CEST)
Kira Martini, vocals

Danish jazz vocalist and songwriter Kira Martini is a strong voice in the Copenhagen jazz scene. In 2012, she formed her 7 piece orchestra, MARTINI*S, and released her jazz debut in 2013. Since then her career has taken flight, and she has been busy singing in jazz clubs and festivals around the world.

She moves across a variety of genres – from fast, swinging jazz tunes; to Brazilian Samba and Choro; soul ballads; northern folk tunes; and her own compositions – without ever losing track of herself. This ability has led her to win many hearts, and many fine reviews.

”It can't be said any clearer and simpler than this: Danish jazz singer Kira Martini sings every note in a way that really makes you feel something. She is strong and authentic, in all the genres she moves through.” (Alexander Agrell, Sydsvensken, 2018)

12pm Pacific (9pm CEST)
Blum & Haugaard Band

New world-class folk music ensemble, led by vocalist Helene Blum and violinist Harald Haugaard.
