Performance celebrating saxophonist/composer Neil Welch’s new album, featuring composer/performer Nat Evans; a work for solo saxophone; & an 11-member ensemble performing Welch's Concepción Picciotto.

Composer/performer Nat Evans & saxophonists Neil Welch & Kate Olson perform a new, semi-improvisatory work while drifting around Olympic Sculpture Park.

Contemporary-classical works bridging the divide between composition and improvisation and exploring the flexible sonic palette of the saxophone.

As part of a music series inspired by the landscape exhibit Seeing Nature and John Grade's monumental tree sculpture Middle Fork, Nat Evans presents an interactive work for saxophonists on escalators.

In absence of the original drone from the machinery of the steam plant providing electricity to the city of Seattle, this score from Evans and Teske responds to this historic space to create a new musical drone.

A dozen composers from the Seattle area plus four instrumentalists rally around the theme of 17 x 3. Nominally a celebration of one of the instrumentalists’ 3rd 17th birthday.

New works for bass and a participatory walking meditation event.

Graphic scores for small ensemble and composed works for piano by John Teske and Nick Norton. A site-specific listening and tea event by Nat Evans precedes the performance.
