Tribute to Italian composer/singer Barbara Strozzi that explores lighter side of her repertoire, as well as her famous lament Lagrime mie, complimented by plucked & bowed string instruments from Iran, Turkey, & Italy.

Musical & theatrical film honoring the 17-C. Hospitalières of France & Quebec. Featuring performances by female singers of the Studio de Musique Ancienne de Montréal & French actress Célia Laguitton.
