Spektral Quartet – Upcoming Concerts

Beethoven – String Quartet in F major Op. 135, and other works.

Alongside flutist Claire Chase, Spektral performs Anthony Cheung's Real Book of Fake Tunes, as well as other never-before-heard tracks from their upcoming album, in an interactive Floating Lounge format.

The quartet celebrates their phenomenal roster of collaborators – George Lewis, Charmaine Lee, Sam Pluta, and Anthony Cheung as well as engineer Dan Nichols and album art designer Natalie Bontumasi – some of whom will join them live.

Composer/flutist/vocalist Nathalie Joachim collaborates with Chicago’s Spektral Quartet in her Fanm d’Ayiti, a kaleidoscopic suite celebrating the songs & stories of Haiti’s most compelling female artists.
